Dinner at Lauren’s – our Julia Child

Just added a fun light fixture to Lauren’s apartment (from OneKingsLane). Fabric from Kravet, chairs and green dishes are Lauren’s great grandmothers, polka dot dishes found in London, vases Anthropologie.

Lucky to be invited to a foodie/chef’s for dinner…cooking school and Hillstone Restaurant Group has taught her some yummy skills (and a lot about wine! Mi Sueno wine).

Talk about special…having a child cook for you! Seconds please!

A little help from Mom (me) and Lauren’s art (oils are her favorite medium and yes…that is one of her idol’s Julia Child’s book in her painting) make for a fun apartment…fabrics from Raoul Textiles and Kravet, chair and sofa Lauren’s great grandmothers…I know “GG” would have enjoyed being invited to dinner!
